Transactional Email processes bounces automatically and records that information in your account. In addition to a general bounce description or error message, Transactional Email also stores raw bounce details for individual messages for 7 days for more in-depth troubleshooting.
To view bounce details, follow these steps.
- Go to the Activity page in your Transactional Email account.
- Search by email address, domain, sender, etc. or filter results by bounce type.
- Click on the bounce reason to see the full error.
- Click the View Bounce Message link to see the entire raw bounce message
